Property Review Commission

The Property Review Commission deals with property maintenance issues and ensures that property maintenance ordinances are enforced uniformly. The Commission meets to review ongoing exterior maintenance violations within the community that have not been resolved by staff, and guides staff action when these problems cannot be resolved according to the provisions of the governing ordinances.

Storm Water Review Committee

The Storm Water Review Committee was formed in the late 1980s because of many consecutive years of intensive rain events. Citizens were concerned about problems associated with storm water drainage, so the city established the Storm Water Review Committee to work on the problem. The purpose of the Storm Water Review Committee is to provide input to staff and City Council concerning storm water drainage improvements, maintenance projects, and policy issues. The Storm Water Review Committee meets periodically with the city staff to review drainage improvement projects so that if more major storms and heavy rains occur, the city will be prepared to deal with them.
