|Centerville Arts Commission
The Centerville Arts Commission is a volunteer organization of up to 15 members, appointed by City Council, whose mission is to involve the citizens of the Centerville area in the visual and performing arts. The goal of the Commission is to involve the entire community in the arts and, where possible, provide free arts experiences to everyone. We are currently making appointments to fill vacancies on the Commission.

Summer Concert Series
The Summer Concert Series brings talented musicians and performers to the Stubbs Park Amphitheater stage all summer long. All concerts are free, donations are accepted. The annual series begins in June. Most concerts begin at 7:00 p.m., except where otherwise noted. Art displays rotating regularly. Free to the public. Exhibits are on display 24 hours a day.
Located in the Centerville Police Department Lobby, 155 West Spring Valley Road
2-3 events (either a theater performance or concerts during the winter months).
Art at the Trace
Combines art, music, food, and wine for an elegant event. Held annually in February at the Golf Club at Yankee Trace, 10000 Yankee Street.
The Arts Commission also collaborates with other local organizations in order to foster an appreciation of the arts. Some events, offered in partnership with the Washington-Centerville Public Library have included a Point & Shoot Photo Contest, Battle of the Bands, a day-long cultural event showcasing the different cultures of the world, and more. The Arts Commission also supports the Centerville schools through partnership with Original Night, guest conductors and Electrify Your Strings.
